Teenager Partially Thrown From Car, Pinned After Crash In South Austin
The incident occurred along the 5800 block of McKinney Falls Parkway shortly after 5 p.m. on Saturday.

SOUTH AUSTIN, TX — A teenager sustained serious injuries Saturday afternoon after an automobile crash near McKinney Falls State Park, according to a published report.
The female victim was partially thrown from her car and pinned underneath it after the crash, according to the Austin American-Statesman. While the injuries are serious, they weren't deemed life-threatening, officials told the newspaper.
The incident occurred along the 5800 block of McKinney Falls Parkway shortly after 5 p.m. An EMS official told the Statesman the teenager was partially ejected from the vehicle she was driving when it went off the road into an embankment.
