Teenager Pulled From Water In South Austin In Critical Condition
Teen boy rescued at McKinney Falls State Park flown by helicopter to hospital with potentially life-threatening injuries.

SOUTH AUSTIN, TX β Medics were dispatched to McKinney Falls State Park in Southeast Austin on Saturday for a near drowning, officials said.
The victim, a teenage boy, was pulled from the water at the park, 5808 McKinney Falls Parkway. He was transported by STAR Flight to Dell Children's Medical Center for treatment of critical, potentially life-threatening injuries, medics said.
