Woman, Man Found Suffering From Gunshot Wounds In Del Valle

SOUTH AUSTIN, TX — Travis County Sheriff's Office deputies discovered a man and woman who had been shot on Tuesday evening after receiving a report.

TCSO received the call of shots fired at 9:46 p.m. on Tuesday, finding the two victims. The man had multiple gunshot wounds while the female had a singe gunshot wound. Both were transported to the hospital.

Officials released no other details, citing the early nature of the investigation. TCSO officials said a search continues for the suspects, who are known to the victims. Because of that, TCSO said officials don't believe residents in the area are in any danger.

Del Valle is a suburb of Austin and part of the Austin–Round Rock–San Marcos Metropolitan statistical area. It is an unincorporated area in southeastern Travis County.
