Woman Reportedly Shot, Killed In South Austin

SOUTH AUSTIN, TX — A woman was shot and killed overnight Sunday in South Austin, according to media reports.

The incident occurred in the 4500 block of Walton Heath Circle near Onion Creek Parkway, the Austin American-Statesman reported. Fox 7 also reported the victim died as a result of the shooting.

As of 7:25 a.m. on Sunday, police have not provided further details. Patch will update as more information is shared by police.
