Klein Oak Wind Ensemble Plays Impromptu Concert At Central Office

The Klein Oak wind ensemble made a pit stop at Klein ISD Central Office while touring elementary campuses to share their holiday cheer with the staff.

The students once again reminded the various district leadership in their audience why Klein ISD is continuously recognized as a Best Community for Music Education.

“I think it’s important for our students to know how fortunate they are to be a part of a school district that supports their music education,” director Todd Clearwater said.

According to a study conducted by the Journal of Education Psychology, high school students who participate in music courses may score higher in academic subjects as a result. This is one of the many amazing reasons why we strive to provide a fulfilling, enriching, well-rounded education for EVERY student.
