SPRING, TX - From Lone Star College: Interested in a career in the growing information technology field?
The Lone Star College Office of Technology Services (OTS) is hosting job information sessions to hire PC Technicians, PeopleSoft Developers, Client Technologies Technicians and System Administrators.
The career fair takes place Wednesday, Nov. 1, from 4 β 6 p.m. at the LSC-University Park Governorβs Ballroom.

Those interested in attending are encouraged to dress professionally and bring resumes, as attendees will have the opportunity to speak directly with LSC hiring managers on-site. Attendees are also urged to create an employment profile at LoneStar.edu/Employment before the event.
LSC officials noted that positions are open at most LSC locations, including its six colleges, numerous centers and other facilities, as well as its system office campus in The Woodlands.

The Bureau of Labor Statistics reports employment of computer and information technology occupations are projected to grow 12 percent from 2014 to 2024. LSC also continues to experience record growth as the college welcomed 89,413 credit students for fall 2017, representing a 4.4 percent increase over fall 2016.
