Man Wanted For Solicting Spring Area Teenager For Sex
Areli Samano is wanted on two felony counts of Online Solicitation of a Minor and Prostitution.
SPRING, TX — Investigators with the Harris County Constable’s High Tech Crimes Division are trying to find a man who offered a 14-year old girl drugs and money in exchange for sexual favors.
According to a press release from Constable Mark Herman’s Office, investigators learned that a man, identified as Areli Samano was communicating with the girl for more than two months in various online forums, and often used sexually explicit language, or invited her to meet with him to party.
The investigation also revealed that Samano offered the child money to perform sexual acts.

As a result of the investigation, deputy constable investigators filed 2 second degree felony charges of Online Solicitation of a Minor and Prostitution on Samano.
"Areli Barcenas Samano is currently wanted by law enforcement. If you know of his whereabouts, you are urged to call our dispatch at 281-376-3472 or your local law enforcement,” Herman said.
