Relay For Life Kickoff Party To Be Held In Spring

SPRING, TX — Want to do something that will make you feel good, and help someone else who is fighting cancer?

The kickoff party for the 2018 American Cancer Society Relay For Life Cancer Walk will be held on Thursday, Jan. 25 at 6:30 p.m., at Hildebrandt Intermediate, located at 22800 Hildebrandt Rd. in Spring.

However, to take part in the kickoff, participants need to sign up for the walk at www.relayforlife.org/northwesttx.

The kickoff party will have refreshments, goodies and lots of information for the teams that have formed or are forming, as well as information on this year’s “Hometown Heroes” theme.

Relay For Life is the signature fundraiser for the American Cancer Society.

Relay is staffed and coordinated by volunteers in more than 5,200 communities and 27 countries.

Volunteers give of their time and effort because they believe it's time to take action against cancer.
