Spring Man Arrested For Touching Himself During Children’s Haircuts
Jeremiah Siqueido was arrested and charged with indecency with a child after a witness saw him masturbating while staring at her children
SPRING, TX — A 32-year old man was arrested after a witness told authorities she saw the man touching himself while giving her children haircuts.
Jeremiah Siqueido was arrested at a barbershop in the 23300 block of Aldine Westfield Drive Wednesday afternoon by deputy constable’s with the Harris County Precinct 4 Office, and charged with indecency with a child.
The witness told investigators that Siqueido kept taking frequent breaks while cutting her children’s hair.

The woman said she followed Siqueido to the back and caught him masturbating while staring at her children, KTRK reported.
He was arrested and taken to the Harris County Jail, and later released on a $5,000 bond.

Siqueido has a prior offense in Montgomery County from 2006, when he was charged with injury to a child.
The case is under investigation.
