Tomball Babysitter Charged With Child Endangerment
Davion Kelly, 20, was charged with child endangerment after the child he was supposed to be watching was found wandering alone.

TOMBALL, TX — A 20-year old man who was supposed to be babysitting a small child, was arrested Saturday when deputy constable's found the child wandering on neighborhood streets alone.
Deputies were called to the 19700 block of Waterflower Drive in the Three Lakes subdivision for a report of a small child alone and in the street.
When deputies arrived, the spoke with a neighbor who said the child had beenoutside alone for about 30 minutes.

Deputies went door to door looking for the guardian of the child, and after about 30 minutes, found the child's home with his babysitter, identified as Davion Kelly, asleep inside.
Kelly was arrested and charged with child endangerment.

He was booked into the Harris County Jail with his bail amount set at $1,500.
