The tragic accident happened on Stratton Ridge Road around 5:45 Friday morning, ABC13 reported. The little girl had unbuckled her seatbelt, according to the report, and the father turned around to re-buckle her. That's when his Ford Focus <a href="http://abc13.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener nofollow">veered off the road</a> and hit a fence. Police say she was thrown from the car and died at the scene.
