Fort Bend Animal Shelters Finding Forever Homes For Pets

ROSENBERG, TX — The Fort Bend County Animal Shelter will be joining with other animal shelters in the Houston area for the annual Clear the Shelters event on Saturday.

If finding a furry friend is on your to do list this weekend, and if you look forward to a wagging tail, a long walk with a family dog, or hanging out with the cat, then you could make a difference in the life of a new pet.

In the Houston area alone, the number of stray cats and dogs is impossible to count with many of those animals lost or abandoned in rural areas of Harris County.

As a result, animal shelters in the Houston area will host pet adoption events in the Houston area.

Pet adoption centers in the Houston area participating in the Clear the Shelters event are:
