Katy ISD Employee Arrested for Possessing Child Porn
Man was arrested as a result of an FBI investigation; FBI says they don't believe the allegations involved any of the campus's students
KATY, TX -- A Katy ISD employee was arrested Thursday morning on charges of possession of child pornography
Alan Wayne McNeil, 51, a food service employee at Seven Lakes High School, is charged with possession and receipt of child pornography.
He was take into custody after an investigation led FBI agents to his home, where they seized electronic evidence.

The FBI said right now that there is no evidence that the crimes involved any students at the high school.
Katy ISD released a statement that read in part: "In Katy ISD, the safety of all students is our top priority, and we will continue to cooperate fully with the FBI during this investigation."

Katy ISD terminated McNeil from his job as a result of these charges.
The investigation is ongoing.
