MISSOURI CITY, TX — A 37-year old woman was killed and her son was injured after they were both hit by an SUV in Sienna Plantation Thursday morning. The accident happened shortly before 8 a.m., at the intersection of Neuces Creek and Sienna Ranch Road. (Want to get daily news updates and other events going on in your area? Lisa Smith, was taken to St. Luke's Hospital, where she later died. The child was flown by LifeFlight to Memorial Hermann Hospital and t is listed in stable condition.
