Narcotics Operation Nets One Arrest

19-year old facing multiple charges that include manufacturing/delivery of a controlled substance, and money laundering

RICHMOND, TX -- A 19-year old man is behind bars on narcotics charges after members of the Fort Bend County Narcotics Task Force executed a search warrant in the 4600 block of Lake Pinkston Drive earlier this week.

Xavier Benning is facing four charges, including manufacturing/delivery of a controlled substance less than 28 grams (Xanax); money laundering; possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces; and unlawful carrying of a weapon.

Narcotics Task Force were conducting an operation targeting the sale and distribution of illicit substances in Waterside Estates community in the Richmond area on Nov. 9, and arrested Benning.

Narcotics Task Force members are conducting to keep our communities safe."
