ROSENBERG, TX -- A 35-year old man is charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after he reportedly shot another man during an argument.Police were called to the 100 block of Eighth Street at about 9:20 p.m. Wednesday for a reported shooting.When they arrived, the found a man suffering from a gunshot wound to his leg.Witnesses said the victim and another man, identified as<a href="http://www.click2houston.com/news/argument-leads-to-shooting-in-rosenberg" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank"> Francisco Omar Amaya-Medina</a>, were arguing and began fighting.After the fight, Amaya-Medina left, but allegedly returned with a gun a short time later and shot once at the victim, hitting him in the left leg, according to police.After a short search with a K-9 unit, Amaya-Medina was arrested and charged with the second degree felony.The victim was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.Image via Shutterstock
