Police Bust Synthetic Marijuana Operation In Rosenberg

Four people were arrested and charged with felony delivery of a controlled substance, with more arrests suspected

ROSENBERG, TX — Four people are in the Fort Bend County jail and facing charges of felony delivery of a controlled substance after investigators uncovered a synthetic marijuana operation.

Veronica Moran, 20, Danny Sierra, 22, Robert Najar, 21, and Joe Perez, 21, were arrested June 14 at a home in the 2400 block of Ruby Street., where investigators with the Fort Bend County Narcotics Task Force seized about 57 grams of synthetic marijuana, as well as materials to package narcotics.

The investigation was launched after neighbors in the area complained to the Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office about the suspected activity, the Houston Chronicle reported.
