SUGAR LAND TX - Sugar Land police are looking for a man who attacked a woman in her front yard in the 1200 block of Spinnaker Way on Nov. 27 and stole her purse. The woman said she'd gotten home from a grocery store at about 5:15 p.m. and was adjusting decorations in her front yard, when a man grabbed her hair, threw her to the ground, took her purse and left in a light-colored sports utility vehicle. The woman, who suffered minor injuries, said she didn't see any weapons when she was attacked. The man is described as having dark hair and wearing a white button-down shirt with khaki pants. Police later obtained surveillance video from Macy's in West Oaks Mall, 1000 West Oaks Mall, showing two men attempt to use a stolen debit card from the woman's purse later the same day.
