Police Search For Missing 14-Year Old Richmond Boy

Richard Sebastian Ruiz Jr., 14, was last seen Dec. 13 leaving his residence in the 8500 block of Planters Moon Ln.

RICHMOND, TX — The Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office deputies are searching for a teen-age boy who hasn’t been seen since Wednesday evening.

Richard Sebastian Ruiz Jr., 14, was last seen Dec. 13 leaving his residence in the 8500 block of Planters Moon Ln. in the Richmond area (between FM1464 and Old FM 1464).

He left his home at about 7:30 p.m. Wednesday.

Ruiz is described as being about 5-feet, 5-inches tall and weighing about 120 pounds.

He has black hair, brown eyes and was last seen wearing a sweater with TRILL SAMMY on it.

He was wearing black shorts, black chrome glasses and unknown-color shoes.

There has been no indication of foul play.

Anyone who has seen Ruiz is asked to call the Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office at 281-341-4665.
