Reward Offered For Men Who Stole 4 Laptops From Computer Store

Witnesses said two men cameinto the Simple Mac store in Katy and walked out with four Macbook laptops

KATY, TX — The Fort Bend County Sheriff’ Office is looking for two men who walked into a computer store last month and stole four laptop computers.

The theft happened at about 2 p.m. on Nov. 13 at the Simple Mac store, located in the 23500 block of Cinco Ranch Boulevard in the Katy.

Witnesses said two men came into the store, cut the security cables from four Apple Macbook Laptop computers, and left the store with the computers.

The store employees told investigators that the total value of the four computers was approximately $7,500.

Witnesses describe both me as young black men.

One of the men had a large build, short hair, short cut beard and was wearing a dark hoodie, blue jeans and black sneakers.

The second man had a thin/medium build, short hair, a goatee and was wearing a gray Nike hoodie, blue jeans and gray sneakers.
