Reward Offered For Suspects In Two Fort Bend Liquor Store Robberies

Investigators said woman came in and asked about a specific type of liquor before each armed robbery.

FORT BEND COUNTY, TX -- Law Enforcement officials in Fort Bend County are asking for the public’s help in identifying two suspects responsible for two liquor store robberies committed in February.

The first liquor store heist was pulled at about 7 p.m.on Feb. 11, in the 8600 block of Highway 6 South.

Witnesses said a woman came into the store and asked the clerk for a specific type of liquor, and then left.

She returned a short time later with a man, reportedly to buy the liquor, when another man wearing a bandana came in, pointed a gun at the clerk and demanded money.

Witnesses told investigators that all three got into a white sedan and left.

Nine days later, the woman came into the New Village Liquor Store in the 9200 block of Highway 6 South at 7 p.m., and as in the first incident, asked about a specific liquor, when another man burst in with a gun and demanded money.

Investigators said the man with the gun grabbed the cash from the register, and ran out with the woman.

The woman is described as a heavyset woman, 5”4’ tall, with long hair on top of her head, with the sides shaved.

The first man is described as being about 6 feet tall with a slim muscular build and tattoos covering both arms.

The second man as described as being 5”5’ tall and about 140 pounds.

Witnesses from both robberies described the woman and the second man.
