KATY, TX -- Santa Claus is coming to Katy Mills, and children are invited to take photos and share their Christmas wishes. Children and their families can experience the joy and magic of the holiday season with a visit to the Santa Photo Experience at Katy Mills.

Children can whisper wishes and capture photo memories with Santa beginning Nov. 9 through Dec. 24 on Monday through Fridays from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Katy Mills also provides children with all spectrums of special needs and their families with an opportunity to enjoy this time-honored holiday tradition through a sensory-friendly Caring Santa event in association with Autism Speaks.

Caring Santa will take place Sunday, Dec. 2 and Sunday, Dec. 9 from 9:30-11 a.m. Guests can register in advance at simon.com/caringsanta. Katy Mills Santa Experience will also share the heart of Santa by collecting donations for Autism Speaks throughout the holiday season.

For local pet owners, the popular Pet Photo Nights with Santa will occur on Sunday, Nov. 18 from 6-7:30 p.m. and Sunday, Dec. 16 from 7-8:30 p.m.

The Simon Santa Photo Experience is again sponsored by GYMBOREE GROUP.

Holiday celebrations will kick-off on Friday, Nov. 9 from 9-9:45 a.m. when Santa arrives to his brand-new home at Katy Mills in true Texas-style on a Christmas-red Chevy truck, compliments of Westside Chevrolet.

Santa will be driven throughout the center spreading holiday cheer, as guests enjoy sugar cookies, hot chocolate, coffee and breakfast foods at the event. Festivities continue at Katy Mills during the Holiday Family Fun Fair on Thursday, Dec. 15.

Guests of all ages are invited to stop by the AMC Plaza from 12-4 p.m. for a little extra fun while holiday shopping including giveaways, prizes, free food, balloon artists, face painters and more.
