A tweet threatening violence at 'BHS' and shared among students at Bush High School, was aimed at Belen High School in New Mexico: FBSO said

RICHMOND, TX — A screenshot of a Tweet threatening a school shooting that many believe was aimed at George Bush High School in Fort Bend County, caused mass searches of students as they entered the campus on Friday morning.

However, the tweet wasn’t intended for Bush High School, or any school in Texas, but originated in New Mexico and was intended to for Belen High School.

The tweet not only caused concern among students, but forced the Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office to doa little damage control.
