Thugs Beat Up 67-Year Old Store Clerk In Richmond
Police are looking for the men who stole merchandise and assualted a 67-year old woman on Dec. 6.

RICHMOND, TX — Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office is looking for three men who assaulted a 67-year old store clerk and took off with th beer fro the store.
At about noon, on Dec. 6, three unknown Hispanic men came into the Murphy gas station, which is in front of the Walmart Super Center in the 22900 block of Bellaire Blvd. in the Richmond area of Fort Bend County.
They went up to pay and got into an argument with the clerk over beer, and then walked out of the store with the merchandise.

The store clerk followed the men out of the building in an attempt to retrieve the items bac and write down the license place number, when one of the men slammed her down on the pavement and took off.
The clerk was treated for injuries at the scene by EMS and then was transported to Memorial-Hermann Katy Hospital for additional treatment.

One of the men is about 5'9" tall and is heavyset. He wore a black hat and had a black t-shirt underneath a long-sleeved hoodie with black and white checks.
The other man is slightly shorter and was not as heavy and he also was wearing a black sweater.
There is no description for the third suspect.
The suspects left the scene in a white truck with a camper or Suburban-style vehicle.
“What bothers me the most about this robbery is the attack on a 67-year-old woman,” said Sheriff Troy Nehls. “These are the lowest of low thugs. To attack a woman like this is unforgiveable. These punks belong in jail. I’ll bet they’re bragging about this, too, so pick up a phone and call Crime Stoppers.”
