• Brenda Sue Payne (ksstradio.com) — Friends and neighbors in Sulphur Springs are mourning the passing of 83‑year‑old Brenda Sue Payne, who died Thursday at Carriage House Manor. Visitation is set for Sunday afternoon, August 30, at Tapp Funeral Home, and her family remembers her love of gardening, community theater, homemade wine, jelly, and cooking for loved ones.
