Victoria man arrested on child indecency charge (victoriaadvocate.com) — Authorities report that a 47-year-old Victoria man was arrested last week on an outstanding warrant alleging indecency with a child by sexual contact and a separate speeding charge. Victoria police, assisted by a U.S. Marshals task force, took him into custody on Sabine Street, and he remained in the Victoria County Jail on more than $50,000 total bond as of Monday.
