• Higher education collaboration strengthens pathways for local college students (crossroadstoday.com) — Victoria students at Texas A&M University–Victoria and Victoria College will soon find it easier to move from a two-year to a four-year degree thanks to a new memorandum of understanding between the schools. • Attor­ney Gen­er­al Ken Pax­ton Announces Dis­tri­b­u­tion of 7 Mil­lion Free Eggs to Tex­ans Across the State (texasinsider.org) — Victoria's Food Bank of the Golden Crescent is set to receive 140,400 free eggs as part of a statewide settlement-driven distribution coordinated by Attorney General Ken Paxton and Feeding Texas. The deliveries, drawn from antitrust settlements with major egg producers, will help local families access more protein through area food pantries in the coming weeks.
