About Arbor Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) - Addiction Treatment Program
Arbor Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides support for those seeking treatment for substance abuse addictions outside of a residential setting, or who need additional support upon leaving an inpatient program. IOP provides a highly-structured and personalized 8-week treatment plan that allows participants to continue live's other obligations such as school, family or employment.
Our IOP program is unique to the Waco area, and offers a unique blend of addiction treatment modalities, with evidence-based practices, experiential workshops, 12-step support, spiritual development, family support and life skills. Participants receive one private and four group therapy sessions weekly. The program is led by master's level clinicians under the supervision of the PhD-led executive team that leads all Arbor Behavioral Healthcare programs.
Our program is unique in many ways including its strong family component. The Arbor offers a variety of methods for integrating the family into the program, including bi-weekly family therapy sessions, family group night and family support group. These services are available to families at no additional cost.
