3 Cy-Fair Students Accused of Kidnapping Female Student for Sex
Girl who refused advances claims boys propositioned her twice before they decided to let her go

CYPRESS, TX -- Three Cypress Springs High School students were arrested and charged with aggravated kidnapping after police said they allegedly forced a female student into a car and took her to a house to have sex with her.
The alleged kidnapping happened at the Cypress Springs campus, located in the 7900 block of Fry road on Nov. 28.
According to court documents, the 18-year old female student told investigators she was walking through the hallway to a class when male student grabbed her and forced her into a car with two other boys.

According to court documents, the girl told investigators she was taken to a house, where she was twice propositioned for sex.
When she refused the advances, the boys allowed her to leave.

Police reviewed surveillance cameras at the school to verify the girls kidnapping claim and were able to identify Justin Broadway, 18, from the video.
According to investigators, Broadway was interviewed and said the girl had agreed to have sex with Ryan Jeng, 17, who was part of the group, and that Broadway had set up the meeting, according to the documents. According to investigators, Broadway said that he, Jeng , the girl, and Immanuel Rizig, 18, got into a vehicle and drove to Jeng’s house, where Jeng propositioned the girl for sex.
Broadway told investigators said she refused and then Rizig propositioned her.
He said that she also refused his advances and he then told the girl to leave.
Investigators said another student who was not part of the group said he overheard the three boys
talking about “flipping” the girl – slang meaning to pass the girl from one sexual partner to another.
Rizig, Broadway, and Jeng are charged with aggravated kidnapping and were taken to the Harris County Jail.
Jeng is free on $30,000 bail while Broadway and Rizig are being held in the Harris County jail in lieu of $30,000 bail each.
Nicole Ray, spokeswoman for Cy-Fair ISD said the district is cooperating fully with the investigation.
"We are extremely concerned by the serious nature of the charges that lead to the arrest of three Cypress Springs High School students," she said.
