4-Year Old Spring Girl Allegedly Assaulted By Daycare Employee
Gregory Diglin who was working at the Children's Lighthouse Daycare, allegedly slammed girl's face into the ground.

SPRING, TX -- A Spring daycare employee is in the Montgomery County Jail and facing charges of injury to a child after he was caught on video surveillance grabbing a 4-year old girl by her arm and slamming her to the ground.
The incident happened Wednesday at the Children's Lighthouse Daycare in the 2800 block of Waterbend Cove in Spring. (Sign up for Patch’s daily newsletter for your neighborhood.)
Deputies with the Montgomery County Precinct 3 Constable’s Office were called by the child’s parents to report the incident after they picked the child up that same day.

Investigators reviewed video surveillance from the daycare and allegedly saw Gary Diglin grab the childand slam her face down into the ground.
Diglin is then seen escorting the girl to the back to try and clean up her injuries.

Diglin was arrested Thursday at his home in the 12300 block of Oak park Drive in Spring and charged with injury to a child.
He is being held in lieu of a $250,000 bond.
The child reportedly suffered significant dental trauma as a result of the injury
Authorities are asking anyone with any information on similar incidents to contact the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office.
