Guests can keep the festivities going all month long with seasonal cocktails like the Mint Watermelon Margarita and Skinny Margarita, alongside $8 beer specials featuring Modelo Especial and Pacifico, all crafted to complement Escalante’s signature Tex-Mex favorites.

• Mint Watermelon Margarita: This elevated margarita begins with 1800 Silver Tequila, balanced beautifully with Bols Watermelon Liquor, fresh lime juice, agave nectar and a house-made mint syrup for a cool finish with every sip.

• Skinny Margarita: Your choice of Milagro Silver or Ghost Tequila (for a little extra heat) is mixed with fresh lime juice and organic agave nectar for a lighter toast.
