Woman Who Vanished On Visit To Tomball Is Found Safe

Deneice Brantley was visiting her mother from San Antonio on Dec. 29, when she disappeared.

Updated 8:33 a.m.: The search for a missing woman who came to Tomball Dec. 29 to see her mother has been found safe.

Deneice Brantley, was last seen in Tomball on Dec. 29 when she stopped by her mother’s home on a visit from San Antonio.

Authorities said Brantley was found unharmed.

Original Story: TOMBALL, TX -- The Harris County Sheriff’s Office and Texas EquuSearch are searching for a missing 37-year old San Antonio woman who hasn’t been seen in a week.

Deneice Brantley, was last seen in Tomball on Dec. 29 when she stopped by her mother’s home on a visit from San Antonio.

Security footage from her mother’s home shows Brantley standing on the front porch at 8:15 a.m. on Dec. 29 ringing the doorbell, with her dog in tow.

Brantley allegedly left after that, and dropped her dog Bailey, off to get shampooed at a pet resort near the 24000 block of Highway 249 in Tomball at 9:42 a.m.

No one has seen Brantley since.

β€œThe next day they (the groomer) called her sister to see if the dog was being abandoned or relinquished and at that point, that's when we found out she had disappeared. She's not responding to any calls, going straight to voicemail,” Brantley’s mother, Josephine Brantley told KPRC.

Deneice Brantley was driving a dark gray, 2015 Toyota Camry with Texas license plates of GPL-9743.

She was wearing blue jeans, a red t-shirt with "Texas Forever" printed on the front of it, a black sweater and sandals or flip flops.

She was wearing a ring on left middle finger, and a Band-Aid on right index finger.

The family filed a missing-person report in both Harris County and Bexar County, where Deneice Brantley lives.

Meanwhile, Texas EquuSearch has not yet begun an active search for Brantley but have distributed a flyer.
