Oak Ridge North Police Search For Man Who Allegedly Made Sexual Advance to 14-Year Old Girl

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- Police in Oak Ridge North, near The Woodlands are looking for an Hispanic man who allegedly made sexual advances to a 14-year old girl.

The incident happened Feb. 2 as the girl was walking home from school to her grandmother’s house in Oak Ridge.

The girl, who is a freshman at Oak Ridge High School, told police that the man drove up beside her as she was walking home and claimed to be looking for his dog.

At first he described a dog he was supposedly looking for, and then the girl told police he began describing his genitalia to her.

The girl told police that she tried and walk away, and that he offered her $100 to perform a sex act.

The Conroe Independent School District sent an email to parents alerting them to the incident on Monday.

Police are looking at surveillance camera footage from the neighborhood showing the man in the truck speaking with the girl, and the truck driving away.

The pickup is described as a gold or tan Chevrolet extended cab pickup with running boards, with construction materials in the back and writing on the tailgate.
