16 Spring Apartment Units Destroyed By Raging Fire
Man who went to bed early is saved by neighbors, forced to jump from second story balcony.

SPRING, TX -- Firefighters fought a two-alarm fire at a Spring apartment complex Friday that destroyed 16 units.
The fire erupted at about 7 p.m.at the Cypresswood Court apartment complex, and spread quickly through the units.
One man who said he went to bed early, reported hearing banging and screaming and that was what saved his life.

Kirkland Hall told KPRC that he was forced to jump from his second story apartment balcony to escape the flames.

Hall, a Spring ISD teacher, was not injured, but he said he lost everything.
