Spring Man Accused Of Having Sex With Girl, 14

CONROE, TX – A 19-year-old Spring man was arrested and charged with sexual assault of a child after police say he was seen at a METRO Park and Ride in Spring having sex with a 14-year-old girl. Montgomery County Sheriff’s deputies were patrolling the Park and Ride near The Woodlands on Tuesday evening when they saw Nicholas John Hamauei with the girl in his car.

Hamauei spotted the patrol cars and tried to drive away but was stopped by deputies, according to a press release from the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies questioned Hamauei and the girl, and discovered she was 14. After he was arrested, deputies searched his car and found marijuana. He was additionally charged with possession of marijuana.

Hamauei was booked into the Montgomery County Jail. A judge set his bond at $100,000.
