Spring Prostitution Sting Nets 7, Including High School Student, Female Pimp.

SPRING, TX -- A week long investigation by the Harris County Precinct 4 Constable’s Office resulted in the arrest of seven people on charges of prostitution and human trafficking.

In recent years, investigators have conducted numerous prostitution stings along Interstate 45 at motels and spas in Spring

During the Thanksgiving weekend, investigators with the constable’s office zeroed in at a hotel at I-45 and Louetta, near Old Town Spring.

Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman said investigators made contact with some of the suspects online and set up the meetings at a hotel.

The sting resulted in the arrest of two men and five women, one of whom is a Spring area high school student, investigators said.

Those who were arrested and charged include:

• Amanda McDonald, 25, was charged with prostitution.
• Brooke Williams, 25, was charged with prostitution.
• Deana Marks, 18, was charged with prostitution.
• Eboni Williams, 23, was charged with prostitution.
• Olivia Dickerson, 18, was charged with prostitution.
• Tyran Forun, 25, charged with compelling prostitution.
• Leaundre Williams, 37, charged and arrested on outstanding warrants.

Investigators said Forun was pimping two of the women and faces charges of compelling prostitution.

Herman said prostitution, which is a magnet for other crimes, is becoming more prevalent in area where families live, and the constable’s office is working hard to clean up those problem areas.

"We're gonna put them in jail and (do) what we can to keep Precinct 4 safe," Herman told KPRC.
