Fugitive Task Force Arrest Man Wanted In Tomball Murder
Suspect was wanted in beating death of a man and was arrested without incident in nearby Waller County.

Updated 9:01 a.m., Jan 5: Officials with the Gulf Coast Violent Offenders and Fugitives Task Force arrested Michael Jeminson at a home in Waller County on Wednesday.
Jeminson, 29, was wanted the ambush and murder of Justin Jones, reported at 1 a.m. Monday inside the Walmart store on Business 249.
Jemison was taken into custody on Winding Way in Waller County, without incident, and transported to the Tomball Police Department.

Updated 3:19 p.m.: Police have identified a man who may have been responsible for the beating death of a Tomball man early Monday.
On Tuesday, police said they had identified the suspect as Michael Brandon Jeminson, 29, who lives in Magnolia.

Police said Jeminson had agreed to turn himself in Tuesday afternoon, but he never showed up at the police station.
Original Story: TOMBALL, TX -- Police in Tomball are investigating the ambush and murder of a man that happened inside the Walmart store on Business 249 early Monday morning.
Police said that Justin Jones was in the Walmart store at about 1 a.m. Monday when someone came up behind him and hit him in the head several times.
Jones was rushed to the hospital, but died several hours later.
Police believe the attack on Jones was not random and that there is a likelihood that he knew his killer.

Police released the photo of a man seen leaving the store shortly after the attack.
The man is described as a white male, with tattoos, carrying a white motorcycle helmet, last seen driving off on a black motorcycle.
Police were later able to confirm that the man in the photo was Jeminson.
Lindsey Stover, Jones' girlfriend, said she's never seen the man in the photo, and she is hoping they catch her boyfriend's killer very soon.
"I am hoping someone will own up to what they did," she told KPRC. "I want answers. I want to know who did this."
Jones leaves behind two his girlfriend and two young sons.
