Tomball Utility Price Rates: Everything You Need To Know
These are the City of Tomball's residential and commercial rates for the utilities they provide: water, sewer and garbage.

TOMBALL, TX — The City of Tomball set up its water, sewer and natural gas systems as self-supporting utilities, meaning all of the money received from citizens is put back into the utility systems. Here's everything you need to know about what you pay for your utilities.

Residential water is billed with a base charge ranging from $10.90 for 10,000 gallons or less to $14.42 for 18,000 gallons depending on your usage, and an additional charge is added per thousand gallons above a predetermined level.
