Woodlands Teen Reports Being Raped While Leaving School Function

Teen said she was walking home at night on March 21 when she was sexually assaulted along a jogging trail: Police

THE WOODLANDS, TX β€” Investigators with the Montgomery County Precinct 3 Constable’s Office are investigating the sexual assault of a 16-year old girl near the Woodlands High School campus.

Investigators said the girl reported that she was leaving a school function at about 10:30 p.m. on March 21 when a white man in his 20s came from behind her and sexualy assaulted her, KPRC reported.

Investigators said the girl didn’t come forward about the attack until Thursday night because she’d been too traumatized to speak with them, KTRK reported.

Investigators do not have a description of the attacker.
