THE WOODLANDS, TX -- This weekend will see chances of showers and storms throughout, with chances reaching their highest on Sunday at 60 percent. High temperatures will be in the 90's all weekend.

Residents can expect calm winds on this hot weekend, with a quarter to a half inch of rain possible on Saturday.

Saturday: A 50 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 93. Heat index values as high as 103. Calm wind becoming west around 5 mph. New rainfall amounts between a quarter and half of an inch possible.

Saturday Night: A 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 75. East wind around 5 mph becoming calm.

Sunday: Showers and thunderstorms likely. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 92. Calm wind becoming southeast around 5 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%.
