Here are the top stories in US Virgin Islands today:

1. 14 inmates at Golden Grove Correctional Facility tested positive for COVID-19, resulting in a limited lockdown. Thus far, none of the inmates have required hospitalization. (V.I. Consortium)
2. The Economic Development Commission governing board ruled that if Caneel Bay wants to keep its EDC benefits, the owners must 1. provide a report within 10 days with a status update on lease negotiations and 2. commence business operations by July 1 of 2022. 3. The V.I. Cannabis Advisory Board postponed the public meeting that was scheduled to take place today, November 18. The Board announced that it is still finalizing proposed rules and regulations for medical marijuana. (Virgin Islands Daily News)
