Good morning. A late update today but here are the stories I'm tracking this week. And don't forget: Governor Bryan's State of the Territory is tonight at 7 p.m.
- "D.O.H. Tests Over 2,000 Students Ahead of Return to In-Person Learning; 39 Test Positive For Covid-19," via VI Consortium.
- COVID-19 death toll in the territory reaches 96, via the Virgin Islands Daily News. There were 1,162 active cases as of January 22, via VI Health Department.
- Judge agrees to extend the sale of Limetree Bay Refinery as the latest -and last - payment from West Indies Petroleum, was delayed. As of Friday January 22, West Indies Petroleum had paid $50,599,895 of the $62 million purchase price, via VI Consortium.
