Firemen Battle House Fire In Frenchtown, No Reported Injuries
Firemen attempt to put out a house fire in Frenchtown on Friday afternoon. Police say no one was injured.
ST. THOMAS, USVI — Firemen rushed to put out a house fire in Frenchtown on Friday afternoon. Houses in the area are currently without power as the V.I. Water and Power Authority shut down Feeder 6B as a precautionary step. Service will be restored once the fire is contained.
No one was injured in the fire, said Police Spokesman Toby Derima. He also confirmed that the fire is under investigation by the Virgin Islands Fire Service.
