The building, which is the tallest building on St. Thomas, was designed and built to be hurricane-resistant. Attorneys in the criminal case against St. Thomas school employee Alfredo Bruce Smith agreed to limit who can review the videos and other evidence against him that prosecutors say shows footage of child sexual assault.
