St. Thomas Man Sexually Assaulted Minor At Vessup Beach: Police
Jose Andres Rosario Espinal faces charges including first-degree rape. Police say he sexually assaulted a minor at Vessup Beach.
ST. THOMAS, USVI — Jose Andres Rosario Espinal was arrested Aug. 20 for sexually assaulting a minor on July 26 at Vessup Beach, say police.
Jose Andres Rosario Espinal, age 38 of Estate Bovoni, was arrested by the Virgin Islands Police Department and charged with 1st degree aggravated Rape, 1st degree rape, unlawful sexual contact, aggravated child abuse, child abuse, and obscene and indecent conduct.
Espinal was jailed after failing to post $250,000 bail, pending his Advice of Rights hearing.
