  3. Doug Koch has been named the new Chief Executive Officer of Juan F. Luis Hospital in St. Croix. Previously, Koch was vice president of operations at Monument Health, a 5-hospital health system in South Dakota. Koch will replace interim CEO Dyma Williams. (The Source)
