Water and Power Authority Communications Director and former Government House spokesman, was found dead on Tuesday evening of a possible gunshot wound, according to St. Thomas-St. John Police Chief Barrington Thomas Sr. The VIPD are awaiting the results of an autopsy to confirm the cause and manner of death.
