Woman Found Dead In Car, Likely Stabbed To Death, Say Police
A woman was found dead in a car in Vista Concordia on August 20. Police have identified her as Lucy Lindquist, 56, of Morningstar Circle.
ST. CROIX, USVI — The partially decomposed body of a woman was discovered in a vehicle parked in Vista Concordia on August 20, according to police. The Virgin Islands Police Department suspects a possible homicide as the victim had multiple stab wounds.
On August 20, at 11:30 a.m., VIPD officers investigated reports of a deceased woman in a vehicle in Vista Concordia. Emergency Medical Technicians confirmed that the female had no vital signs and was in the early stages of decomposition.
Police say the victim had multiple stab wounds and are investigating the case as a possible homicide, pending an autopsy for cause of death. The victim has been identified by family members as 56-year-old Lucy Lindquist of Morningstar Circle.
