Hillsborough Mini-Grant Award Recipients Working on Neighborhood
Each of the 19 neighborhoods is awarded up to $5,000 in grant funding to help them complete their proposed project.

Hillsborough County, Fla. (May 12, 2021) – The Hillsborough County 2021 Neighborhood Mini-Grant Program recipients are well underway to completing some amazing projects designed to enhance and complement their communities and neighborhoods.

Each of the 19 neighborhoods is awarded up to $5,000 in grant funding to help them complete their proposed project.
The neighborhood designs that were selected include the construction of a dog park, installation of fitness and exercise stations along a nature trail, erection of bat houses, and installation of a floating fountain to improve algae control and increase the fish population in a pond.

- Cypress Chase Community Association
- Heron Park Villas Homeowner’s Association
- Lake St. Charles Community Development District
- Lakewood Ridge Townhomes Association
- Laurel Vista Homeowner’s Association
- Le Clare Shores
- Nottingham Villas at Kings Point Homeowner’s Association
- Osprey Landing of Ruskin Homeowner’s Association
- Pavilion Property Owners Association
- River Hills Homeowner’s Association
- River Oaks Condo I
- Sabal Pointe Townhomes Property Owners Association
- Sandhill Villas Homeowner’s Association
- Savannah Landings Homeowner’s Association
- Tampa Heights Junior Civic Association
- Valencia Lakes Property Owners Association
- Westshore Townhomes
These projects help bring neighbors together and foster community pride. As part of the grant requirements, each grant recipient must provide a report and photos documenting the successful completion of their project.
