New Avicii Single Released On 1-Year Anniversary Of His Death
A year following his death, the music which Avicii was working on when he passed away will be released.

LOS ANGELES, CA — A year following his death, the music which Avicii was working on when he passed away will be released, his record label announced on Saturday.
The Swedish DJ and producer, nominated for Grammy Awards in 2012 and 2013, died by suicide at the age of 28 on April 20, 2018.
The new album is named "Tim," after Avicii's birth name, Tim Bergling. The first single from the record, "SOS," was released on Saturday.

"Today marks one year since we lost our friend Tim, better known to most of you as Avicii," PM:AM Recordings wrote on Twitter. "Honouring the wishes of Avicii's family, we are releasing the music Tim was working on before his passing. 'SOS' is the first track to be released from the album 'Tim.' RIP."

Avicci's official Twitter account also issued a statement from Bergling himself from 2018.
